The short version

This website does not collect health information. There are no intake forms, questionnaires, or health fields anywhere on this site. The contact form asks only for your name, contact details, and a general note, and asks you to leave health details out. Everything clinical happens inside our secure client portal, which is separate from this website and governed by its own privacy and security terms. This website is operated by Health Shift Happens LLC.

What this website collects

This is an informational website with no accounts or logins. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it:

• If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you enter. The form is delivered to us as an email through an email delivery provider; nothing you submit is stored on this website itself. The form is for starting a conversation, not for health details; please keep medical information out of it.
• If you email or call us using the addresses and numbers listed on this site, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
• Basic technical data may be recorded by our hosting provider as part of normal website operation, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is standard server activity, used to keep the site available and secure.
• Analytics. If website analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate traffic patterns such as page views and referring sources. They are not used to identify individuals and are never combined with health information.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Please do not send health information by email or through the form

Email, text messages, and website forms are not secure clinical channels. Please do not send medical history, symptoms, medication details, laboratory results, or other sensitive health information through them. Use the secure client portal instead. If you send health information by email anyway, we will handle it carefully, but we cannot guarantee the security of the message in transit.

Where clinical information lives

Intake, consent, consultations, records, and clinical messaging take place inside a secure practice-management platform designed for healthcare use, not on this website. Health information you provide inside that portal is handled under that platform's security terms and applicable privacy law, including HIPAA where it applies to the treating clinician.

Links to other services

This website links to third-party services, including our scheduling and intake portal and our supplement dispensary. Once you follow a link to another company's platform, that company's privacy policy governs your information there, not this one.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests relating to clinical records are handled through the client portal and the treating clinician, since those records are maintained there.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and will revise the "last updated" date above accordingly.
